Playful Paws Pet Lodge is dedicated to providing your furry friend the top level of care in each and every service we provide.
Our lovely rural property has plenty of space to run and have lots of doggie fun!
We are dedicated to ensuring your dog is relaxed and happy during their stay with us.

Each day we encourage lots of time playing in our fully secured grass areas with other dogs of similar temperament and size. While giving them the choice to rest as much as they like with plenty of indoor/outdoor space. Dogs will get at least 7 to 8 hours out of their kennel a day.
All with full supervision from our experienced kennel staff members.

Kennels are cleaned every day, beds are aired to be fresh for the night. We serve breakfast & dinner, tux biscuits at lunch and a yummy treat at bedtime.
A radio plays through the day to create a homely background sound.​
Our dog boarding kennels are super convenient for your holiday drop off and pick up. We are located just a few minutes off State Highway 25 at Turua, near Thames. We're easy to find if you're coming from Auckland or Hamilton and heading up the Coromandel Peninsula, or if you're heading to Auckland.
We can provide updates when time permits - these will be posted to our Facebook and Instagram pages. ​
Plus we can care for your cat/s at the same time in our cosy cattery!
